Great product for price, March 1, 2014
I used this everyday in the gym and it keeps my hands clean from all the grime and dirt and sweat that others put on dumbbells and equipment but also gives great grip depending on the size you choose. I chose foam grip which is the thickest of the 3 and it feels like a thin towel on the dumbbell which is great for improving grip which is why i chose the thickest one

Great product and inexpensive, February 22, 2014
Great for those that hate wearing gloves. They give a good grip on the bar and keep my hands feeling good

This simple item works quite well., February 5, 2013
I purchased these pads for lifting and pullups as an addition to gloves since the gloves left some areas of the fingers exposed. I’m 65 and my hands no longer have the fat in my palms and fingers.I was surprised how well they worked.

Great quality and great product., January 20, 2013
Definitely help me to increase the amount of the resistance just because I was able to grip properly, strongly and was able to maintain the required Time-under-load. Made me to get that extra push that is needed to get into the next level.

Perfect Solution, January 10, 2013
I’ve used gloves and lifting straps in the past, and came across these things by accident while looking to get a new set of straps. These things are awesome. They’re comfortable, they increase your gription, and they eliminate calluses by buffering your hand from the crosshatching on barbells and dumbbells. You won’t regret trying them out.

works well, January 5, 2013
I purchased this item to prevent my hands from sliding on the barbells. I am in my mid 30’s and have been training all mylife. My wrists and even fingers have been sore lately after lifting. I figured I would try wrist straps (which have helped) and this product becase I don’t like wearing gloves. The grip pads work well. They don’t slide along the bar and provide a little more stability. If you’re looking for something to protect your hands from calluses this will also do the trick. I do find if my hands do get sweaty they will slide along the pad a little bit. Also, I wouldn’t have minded a little thicker padding. But for the price and the options out there (if you don’t like gloves) I would recommend this product. By Jeff

The pads work great., January 4, 2013
They work great and they get the job done. I’ve just started using them and prefer the middle sized ones. The thin ones are better for smaller hands though. The ones with the design are alright, but nothing special. By Michael Bernier from Alabama

Love these grips!, January 3, 2013
Grip Power Pads are well constructed and easy to adjust to. I use these during my shoulder workouts. They are great! I found an old pair of grips and wanted to go with the pro ones that others at the gym use. These are better manufactured than the ones I found. When you hold them positioned as in the picture, though, they do run a bit long. I enjoy using these for all dumbbell workouts. I haven’t gained the confidence to use these for barbell workouts yet, though. For the Bench Press, I still prefer my gloves. I use them in conjunction with wrist wraps. In particular, the ones from Amazon or the Everlasting boxing speed wraps. Two things that I would love to see them fix are 1) for anal peeps that like only using one side – have a little mark or something that we can tell which side we use on the weights. Some guys at my gym are friggin dirty and I don’t like having to keep track of which side I use on my palm and which side I use on the weights. The other thing would be to 2) figure out how to use them without dropping them while lifting extremely heavy weights. When I’m doing 70lbs pound dumbbell military presses, I tend to drop them with the weights. Other than that, I would totally recommend these to everyone. Plus way more affordable than at your local nutrition shop. Thanks, Grip Power!

A True Replacement, January 3, 2013
These were better than expected considering the price tag attached to the pads. The pads are a faction of the cost of gloves and work much better. I have been using these for months and they show no sign of wearing down just yet.

Helpful aid, December 31, 2012
I’m able to handle 10-20lbs more before my grip gives on shrugs and rows. This is not a replacement for straps but allows you to incorporate more forearm stimulation by increasing the friction between your hand in the bar allowing your forearms to “handle” heavier weights without having to use straps. The only negative things I can say about this pads are they smell bad and they’re a bit oversize for some brands of dumbbells.Very useful product!
