I used this everyday in the gym and it keeps my hands clean from all the grime and dirt and sweat that others put on dumbbells and equipment but also gives great grip depending on the size you choose. I chose foam grip which is the thickest of the 3 and it feels like a
Great for those that hate wearing gloves. They give a good grip on the bar and keep my hands feeling good
I purchased these pads for lifting and pullups as an addition to gloves since the gloves left some areas of the fingers exposed. I’m 65 and my hands no longer have the fat in my palms and fingers.I was surprised how well they worked.
Definitely help me to increase the amount of the resistance just because I was able to grip properly, strongly and was able to maintain the required Time-under-load. Made me to get that extra push that is needed to get into the next level.

I’ve used gloves and lifting straps in the past, and came across these things by accident while looking to get a new set of straps. These things are awesome. I purchased this item to prevent my hands from sliding on the barbells. I am in my mid 30’s and have been training all mylife. My wrists and even fingers have been sore lately after lifting. I figured I would try wrist straps (which have helped) and this product becase I don’t like wearing gloves.

Love these grips!, January 3, 2013

Grip Power Pads are well constructed and easy to adjust to. I use these during my shoulder workouts. They are great! I found an old pair of grips and wanted to go with the pro ones that others at the gym use. These are better manufactured than the ones I found. When you hold them

A True Replacement, January 3, 2013

These were better than expected considering the price tag attached to the pads. The pads are a faction of the cost of gloves and work much better. I have been using these for months and they show no sign of wearing down just yet. By Derek

Helpful aid, December 31, 2012

I’m able to handle 10-20lbs more before my grip gives on shrugs and rows. This is not a replacement for straps but allows you to incorporate more forearm stimulation by increasing the friction between your hand in the bar allowing your forearms to “handle” heavier weights without having to use straps. The only negative things
