Great product., October 4, 2012
These pads work great. I was never fond of gloves: the pads provide a comfortable, non-stick grip without become slick with sweat. Happy with the purchase.

Simple but works, October 4, 2012
I started using these instead of biking gloves when I lift. Good grip (hence the name) and probably one of the easiest things to use. If you have to read the instructions, you shouldn’t be lifting weights.
To clean, I just use a slightly soapy sponge, wipe the residue with said sponge, now soapless and dry right away.

Awesome product, October 4, 2012
I love this product. I workout several days a week and my hands would always get sore when I would use the weights at my gym. I don’t like wearing gloves when I workout so these power pads are perfect for me. Great price.

Protects hands, very useful!, October 3, 2012
I bought these because I was having trouble barbell deadlifting without developing huge callouses on my hands and thought this would also help me grip the bar better. I don’t use them for any other lift, as I’ve never found a reason to. No other lift damages my hands as much as barbell deadlift, although I could see these being pretty useful for pull ups/chin ups if you don’t have padded bars to use.
It ended up protecting my hands very well, and gave me a better grip. Much more convenient than straps and weight lifting gloves although straps help reduce the amount of forearm strength needed (which these pads do not). Overall a great product and would recommend.
Only con I can really think of is the smell. Only used a few times but there is a distinct rubbery smell that stays on your hands for a little while after using this product. My guess is the smell will slowly fade, but I haven’t used it long enough to be sure.

GOOD PRODUCT. WOULD RECOMMEND, October 3, 2012
i PURCHASED THESE PADS LOOKING TO REPLACE MY GYM GLOVES, INITIALLY I THOUGHT MAYBE THESE WERE GOING TO SLIP OFF OR BE A PROBLEM WITH THE GRIP BUT I WAS WRONG AND IMPRESSED WITH THESE PADS. GRIP IS GREAT, PRICE YOU CAN’T BEAT AND THEY ARE A MUST HAVE FOR WORKING OUT UNLESS YOU WANT CALLUSES ON YOUR HANDS. ANYWAY I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET A PAIR OF WORKOUT GLOVES, DOES THE JOB WELL

Excellent Product, October 2, 2012
Better than gloves and better than chalk. Tried everything I could think of on the back pull machine using the full stack. Couldn’t keep good control. Now wouldn’t use anything else. No chalk mess and no stinky gloves. Curl the 60 pound dumbbell and again this product is far superior to anything else that I have used.

Palm saver!!, October 2, 2012
Longer training sessions have started to put a lot of stress on my palms. But I’ve never been a fan of weightlifting gloves. The padding wears out fast, your hands get hot, and washing the gloves tends to make them stiff and shrink up.
GRIP POWER PADS solve those problems! They don’t get sweaty. The padding is more evenly spread across your hand, which means that the weights don’t dig into your hands at the edges of the glove padding. They can also be folded double for extra cushioning when doing heavy presses. Just set your GRIP POWER PADS down when you finish your set – no dealing with the hassle of constantly taking gloves off and put them back on just to avoid sweaty hands. Highly recommended instead of gloves!

great product, October 2, 2012Palm saver!!, October 2, 2012
I have used these grip pads for a few weeks now and i am very pleased with them. You can throw away the weight lifting gloves and chalk, this simple product will give a much better grip during your workout then anything you have tried in the past. I would not consider any other product one the market.

Mouse pads, but EFFECTIVE mousepads :-), September 29, 2012
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought these, and one of my friends said, “Oh those are mousepads.” I got them, and they smelled like rubber, worse than gym gloves, but I’m sure that will fade quickly. I used them a bit and found they were sort of hard to use because they were larger than the circumference of the bar. They work very well though when it comes to gripping, and my hands don’t get pinched by the weights anymore. I’d be interested to see how the hard (and foam?) ones compare.

Great Grip, September 28, 2012
These provide tremendous grip and allow me to have great workouts. I prefer these pads to regular weightlifting gloves as the pads allow a cleaner lift.
