Delivered right on time and the lifting straps come with the best cushion protection for your wrist and had the rubbery side give you the best grip. Also the pads are great, you get a confortable grip and no more sweaty hands problems. I strongly suggest them.

These grips are quite workable as a glove replacement for gripping bars dumb bells etc. I was surprised at how well they buffer the palms despite their thinness. They are very easy to carry around and to maintain. I have bought three so far- two as gifts for males and they are very pleased with them. I have been using mine for approximately 4 weeks now and they are very comfortable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend these lifting grips.
