I’ve had the worse customer service from the sales team! I’ve asked for a refund after returning unused gloves because you sent me the wrong color. I demanded my order confirmation to show O orders black and not leather brown. Their reply was to return them back unused for a refund, which returned at my own shipping cost and now I don’t get a refund because it didn’t come in the original packaging material!! They never mentioned that!. No where does it require this in your we site or am I wrong? Sales team could have directed me to their refund policy but they never did so must not mentioned it, in fact I put the unused pair of gloves in nice bubble wrap packaging material since I was in the warehouse at my job! I kindly ask you to review my email chains with Chad, the sales person and please refund my gloves! I will continue to request this as I don’t feel I did anything wrong to deserve this!
