I’ve used these for a number of heavy shrug and dead-lift sessions, and they’ve been great. I actually ordered them after ripping a huge callus off my right hand during a training session and have used them sense. When using straps, I just plop them in between the straps and my hands. When not, I chalk a bit and just hold them in my hands as I grip the bar. They add a huge amount of friction, and the cushion is welcome when you’re training hard and your hands have to hold up to a lot of abuse. Will definitely buy more.
