FAQs about Tracking Your Order
Our order and tracking system is state-of-the-art and designed with our customers in mind. Once your order has been received and processed, you will be provided with a tracking number within 48 hours depending on the quantity ordered.
We use USPS first-class mail to ship all domestic and international orders. Every order being shipped within the U.S. will be shipped with a tracking number. International orders will be given a tracking number if the order is for 100 or more pairs of Grip Power Pads.
Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us with their order. Please be careful.
In the event that your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We would like to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you did not receive your shipment, but the tracking number indicates that the product was delivered to your address, it is your responsibility to find from the Post Office where they left your delivery.
Product prices and shipping and handling charges may be changed or updated without notice. Grip Power Pads may also improve or make changes to products and/or any of the programs described in herein at any time and without notice.
Orders and Tracking for International Shipments
We do ship internationally. However in order to have a tracking number applied, your order will need to be for 100 or more pads. Please contact us regarding international shipping or payment options.
All international shipments may take from 7 – 21 business days.
